How quickly will my order be processed ?

We ship all orders same day, as long as the payment is received on our end by 11am PST.

We do not ship on Stat Holidays or Weekends typically.

Can I get a discount?

We offer discounts throughout the site on Flower and Concentrates. Please check your cart for discounts applied. Pricing and discount structures can be subject to change.

Mobile Phone use?

When uploading ID from a mobile device, make sure to turn sideways for the upload button. The button may not be visible when the phone is upright.

I know what I want – how do I pay?

Once you have your desired items in cart, hit “checkout” you will receive an email with payment instructions.

How do you send an e-transfer?

How much is shipping?

Free, we ship via Canada Post Expresspost or you can choose Purolator Express for an added $30 at checkout . Order shipping to Nunavut & Northwest Territories can only be shipped CP.

Do you ship to Nunavut?

We do ship to Nunavut, however, the recipient is fully liable for whether or not the parcel arrives. If a parcel does not get delivered it is at the loss of the customer and we will not send another parcel without new order and payment.  Order can only be shipped via CP not Puro

Do you ship discretely?

Yes! We cover contents, airtight vacuum seal and send in a box or envelope with no indication of parcel contents – it’s just as important for contents to be unknown to us as it is to you

Do you send signature required?

Yes, unless otherwise noted, we send every package “Signature Required”.

How long will it take for my order to be received?

Shipping takes 2-3 business days typically. We send tracking within 48 business hours of payment receipt.

Do you ship out on weekends?

No, not typically.

What is the policy on lost packages?

We create tickets with Canada Post to investigate the status of the parcel. We will not reimburse or re-send parcels showing as successful delivery – if there is a risk of this occurring you must send signature required

What happens if a product I ordered ends up out of Stock ?

We will substitute an equal product level or higher. Unless no substitutes are requested on the order.

Coupons

Are not to be misused. One code per day, per customer. Please don’t abuse the privilege of a coupon code. Coupons can be used on regular priced orders of $200 or more, not eligible for sale items.
